The White Elephant in the Room – National Premiere
The Co-Alc Alliance presents the national premiere of The White Elephant in the Room, a powerful documentary exploring cocaine and ethylene — and the dangerous consequences that often remain hidden behind recreational drug use.
“The Killer Comedown Nobody Talks About” brings an important and often overlooked subject into the open, encouraging conversation, awareness and education around the risks involved.
The premiere takes place on Monday 19th October 2026 at Blackburn Empire Theatre, with doors opening at 5:30pm and the screening beginning at 6:00pm. The film will be followed by a Q&A session, giving attendees the opportunity to discuss the issues raised in the documentary.
The event is 16+, refreshments will be provided, and places are limited. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance using the QR code on the poster to reserve a seat.
The event is being held in association with BAGS for Strife, GHF, Blackburn with Darwen and the Moondance Foundation.
