Pause 4 Thought is particularly designed for young people aged 10 – 14 years, who live in the East Lancashire area, who are at risk of getting caught up in crime, anti-social behaviour or violence. It supports them through activities which encourage reflection, impulse control, self-awareness and the confidence to make positive choices. They are underpinned by CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and trauma-informed approaches.
More information about Pause 4 Thought is given on the website https://pause4thought.org.uk/
The lockdown situation means that Pause 4 Thought is currently available as an online learning offer from February until April and when safe to do so, we will resume face to face delivery of the P4T groups alongside our digital offer.
Referrals to the Pause 4 Thought programme can be made by completing and sending us the referral and consent form, which you can find at https://pause4thought.org.uk/get-in-touch/
